Communication is key

Effective communication is essential for successful collaboration. Therefore, Talent Hub prioritizes scheduled interactions while ensuring availability for immediate needs. This approach ensures clear, concise communication, fostering a strong partnership.

Each week, your Account Expert discusses the processes with you, focusing on concrete action items and process management. In addition, the Sourcing Expert will review with you the candidates from that week, discuss interviews and make any changes as needed.

Monthly, at a scheduled time, an online meeting is planned with global action points and input figures. As a Platinum Partner, the Strategy Expert takes you through the processes and key learnings of the cooperation. The Account Expert and Sourcing Expert also provide explanations where necessary.

Once a quarter, you and Talent Hub meet physically. We do this to review the past quarter, show the focus for the next quarter and give you a chance to ask questions of the experts within the six divisions. By having a strong session, important topics are well addressed and ensures close collaboration.
